Intuitively Handwoven in my studio, based at Farfield Mill in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales

This scarf has been woven intuitively, without prior planning or design... the different textures, colours or weave structures in this design happen as I am going along, each pick woven & each warp wound bring a new opportunity for experiment, learning & creativity. Not one of my designs is the same as another, every piece is completely unique.

... this scarf reminds me of the bright new greens of spring, the rich colours of heather & the renewed energy you feel on those first warm days of a new year...
